Kundtjänsten svarade efter mer än 24 timmar. Kompensationen som erbjöds var oacceptabel med tanke på det strul som uppstått i samband med resan. Vi fick ingen information och blev fördröjda rejält. Resan tog totalt 50% längre än enligt tidtabellen. Kompensationen som erbjöds var rabatt på kommande resa motsvarande 50% av kostnaden för biljetten, dock endast om kommande resa genomfördes inom 12 månader.
