Jag kom fram i kontakt med kundservice på telefon dock svar på fabriksfel badrumsblandare var negativt. Rekommendation av en teknisk support var förbryllande - att jag ska kontakta en rörmokare för att åtgärda påträffade fel vilken är lätt att fixa. Utöver detta har jag reklamerad skriftligen på mejl mitt i december 2021 inget svar hittills.
