Lång väntetid och de som jobbar där är okunniga och vill inte hjälpa till. Deras datasystem är opålitligt och mitt telefonnummer försvann två dagar efter att jag betalt. Kan inte portera numret till annan operatör utan måste skaffa nytt nummer och meddela det till alla mina kontakter samt ändra det i appar och register.
