Controlla besvarar aldrig mail som rör bestridande av falska fakturor de skickar ut. När de svarar i telefon säger de att de skall återkomma per mail vilket de sen aldrig gör. De vill inte säga vad de heter då man inte kan referera till någon anställd vad som sagts i samtal. Controlla är ett bedrövligt företag.
