Worst service ever received. 1st time I ordered a parcel it took 2 months to receive it, and only because I contacted them to ask them what was going on with my order. The second time (my fault for having given them a vote of trust), after over 2 months, I contacted them to see what teh status of my order was, and after learning that they had not even posted it yet, I decided to cancel teh order. They told me they would refund my money in teh following 14 days (it is 16 days now and still no money in my account! They are a descrease!
